Welcome! We are a local Party Wall Surveying company dedicated to making everything involved in the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 simple and stress-free for you.
Whether you or your neighbour is planning an extension, a loft conversion or any work close to or astride the boundary line, you may need to serve a Party Wall notice and follow the necessary process. That’s where I come in.
My role is to act impartially and ensure everything is carried out in line with the Act, protecting the interests of both parties while avoiding unnecessary disputes.
I understand that the Party Wall process can seem confusing, so I’m always happy to explain what’s required and to guide you through every step.
